法纪检察工作上了新台阶

　　我省检察机关按照党中央开展反腐败斗争的部署，切实把法纪检察工作纳入反腐败斗争的总体格局，不断加大执法监督力度，从严查处国家机关工作人员滥用职权、徇私舞弊、玩忽职守、非法拘禁、刑迅逼供等渎职、“侵权”犯罪案件，尤其是重点查处发生在“三机关一部门”的大案要案。保护了公民的人身权利和民主权利，有效地履行了法律监督职能，促进了我省的民主和法制建设。

　　In accordance with the anti-corruption disposition of CPC central committee，procuratorial oragnizations have strengthened the inspection and supervision of law enforcement and strictly investigated and handled the dereliction and infringement cases of law enforcement officials.

　　1993年以来，我省法纪部门共受理各类“侵权”、渎职案件9535件，立案侦查2079件2887人。（其中大要案467件，县处级以上干部41人，司法人员380人，国家机关工作人员546人。）其中刑讯逼供案58件，玩忽职守案458件，徇私舞弊案129人，非法拘禁案563件，重大责任事故案624件。纠正各种违法5863件6746人，进行法制宣传2815场次，提出了检察建设2809次，防止矛盾激化769起，解救被非法拘禁人员721人。

　　Since 1993，organizations of law and discipline have accepted 9535 infringement and dereliction cases.2079 cases have been put on record and 2887 people have been investigated，including 58 cases of extorting confessions by torture，458 cases of dereliction of duty,129 cases of irregularities for favoritism,563 cases of false imprisonment and 624 cases of serious accident arising from negligence.Through handling these cases，we protect democracy and human rights，and promote the construction of socialist democracy and legal system.

　　1993年至2000年10月，我省检察机关法纪部门共受理各类“侵权”、污职案件12426件，立案侦查2584件3450人，（其中司法人员716人）大要案590件，其中县处级以上干部58人，刑讯逼供案94件，玩忽职守案653件，徇私舞弊案265件，非法拘禁案599件。

　　On June 30,2000，detonation broke out in a fireworks factory in Jiangmen City and concemed persons were arrested.

 

　　被告人向文忠涉嫌仿伪造公章，诬造孙某侵吞财产，导致孙某等被公安分局拘留、监视居住，取保候审的后果。1999年6月29日深圳市罗湖区院依法提起公诉，法院对向文忠伪造印章罪，判有期徒刑1年，犯诬告陷害罪，判有期徒刑5年，总和执行刑期5年
